Important Notes for Maxis Business Fibre Internet
-Maxis Business Fibre Internet coverage is exactly the same as Unifi Coverage for both ISPs are
using the same infrastructure.
-You are required to scan and upload full supporting documents (Company Registration Form and
application form with company stamp and director's signature) to Tagter.com upon submission.
Please refer to MAXIS REGISTRATION FLOW.
-Applicant must be one of the director stated in company registration form.
-For Business order, hardcopy of supporting documents with customer original signature and
company stamp must be sent to our office for commission claim upon completion. Maxis will not issue
commission if you fail to do so.
-It takes about 1 week for Maxis to process your order upon submission.
-Installation work will schedule within 20 working days upon successful registration.
-RM200 installation fee is waived until further notice.
-Installation fee waiver only applies for standard installations.
-For non-standard installations, any additional costs for trenching, retiling, repainting and concealing
done by independent contractors will be borne by customer.
Terms and Conditions for Maxis Business Fibre Internet
-24-month contract is applicable to all fibre internet plans
-The 50% Off Promo for Maxis Business Fibre will be ended 31st March 2014. The price remain RM988
after 24 months contract and "FREE 3 Months Promo" is not applicable for this promo.
-The penalty charges is the total monthly fees of the remaining contract period if you wish to
terminate the service within contract.

(Foreginer) and application form with customer signature) to Tagter.com upon submission.
Passport must be valid at least 6 months from the date of registration
-Foreigner must sign on the "Foreigner Acknowledgement letter for Maxis RM500 Deposit"
and pay RM500 deposit after receiving the 1st Maxis Home Fiber bill at any Maxis Center in Malaysia.
-It takes about 1 week for Maxis to process your order upon submission.
-Unlimited quota extended till further notice.
-RM200 installation fee is waived until further notice.
-Installation fee waiver only applies for standard installations.
-For non-standard installations, any additional costs for trenching, retiling, repainting and concealing

-Call charges to Non-Maxis fixed lines are RM0.05/min (local calls) and RM0.09/min (nationwide calls).
